Classes

Ages 8-19

In this after-school Sew-it-All class, students will learn the basics of machine sewing and complete a few projects in the session. Students will use Alicia's fully computerized sewing machines in the class. All materials and sewing supplies will be provided for this class.

Students may repeat this class. Alicia will introduce new projects each session so students can advance their skills.

Ages 8-19

This new class is open to students who have previously attended After School Sew-it-All or one of the summer camps using the sewing machines.

This 4 week class will introduce students to commercial sewing patterns and all the skills needed to construct a garment. Students will bring a pattern, fabric and all required items to complete the garment in class with Alicia.

Select a pattern that is labeled “easy, 2-hour, learn to sew or beginner.” In general, a pattern with fewer pieces will go together quicker. Garments like pajama pants, simple skirts, jackets and bath robes are good choices.

Ages 7-19

Fashion Friday is a night out for kids at the Littleton Sew-it-All Studio. Sign up for 1 or sign up for all. No sewing or crafting experience is necessary, Alicia will teach you everything you need to know that night and all supplies are included! So just bring your creative self and enjoy a night of crafting fun.

In this Fashion Friday students will learn a few hand sewing stitches. Then we will apply those stitches and make beautiful felt flowers hair clips. A variety of spring colored felt will be available for endless choices.

Ages 7-19

This 3 week class will teach young fashionistas how to use industry standard fashion figures to design clothing. We will focus on the female figure as we learn how to draw clothing and explore the elements of design as they relate to fashion. Facial features, hair styles, hands and shoes will also be introduced in this course.

No prior drawing experience necessary!

This darling gnome will be the prefect embellishment for your Valentines Day Cup Cozy. Students will have a short lesson on how to sew curves and then create a cute sustainable cup cozy.

In this 2 hour class, students will learn a few basics on the sewing machine and then sew a 3 part Trick or Treat Bag. Class will conclude with some fun practice trick or treating to test out the new bags.
